Returns and Refunds Policy

You can return any items sold on the website. Before you return an item, you may select the order in the orderlist page and click the return button. This will provide a form asking for a reason for return.

Prepare and ship your return

1. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Ship it to address provided in the return form with the order number. Shipping charges need to handled by you.

2. Once we receive the return shipment, we will processing the refund in two business days. Your order will reflect the status of refund. Your refund only includes the price paid for the order excluding the shipping charges.
